We are aware of statements made by a former Heritage employee related to our company. Needless to say, we strongly disagree with these statements. These statements are false. Currently, there is pending litigation related to these claims between Heritage, its owner, the former employee, and former part-owner of Heritage. In addition, litigation fighting for our customers, the brave men and women who put their lives on the line every day. Through this process, your spirit bravery and love has kept us in the fight.

Rather than engage in public disparagement, we will allow the court system to resolve this matter, and we are confident our position will be vindicated.

We have worked personally with many of you over the last 14 months to resolve matters, and we want to thank you for all that you do every single day. You are in our hearts, and we are here for you.
